Nose: Alcohol smell coming through very strongly. Need to nose it a few inches away to spare your nose hairs. Caramel, apple. Tasting notes say "massively chocolate-y," and I disagree! Go on a Theo chocolate factory, and then you'll know massively chocolate-y.

Taste: Very hot due to the ABV - water! Chewy, and thick. Had a heavy grain-y, almost herbal quality to it before the spicy finish.
